The course will assist with your own personal development as you struggle to achieve a work/life balance. There is no assessment, but you will come away with a clearer focus and a wealth of strategies to reduce stress in your life. You will  
 
Understand stress and its potential causes  
Recognise symptoms of stress in yourself  
Understand the effects of stress in your life  
 
Identify appropriate means of reducing stress by  
 
* Looking at ways to plan and organise in a systematic way  
* Identifying the key practises of time management  
* Overcoming other key causes of stress
