POLE FITNESS
Discover your creative streak and break into new markets!
It's fun, it's a fantastic form of fitness and it will tone and define your muscles, make you stronger, improve your flexibility and agility.
The course will cover:-
• the benefits of using a pole
• basic moves and techniques
• creating combinations
• transitions
• safety issues
• progressing classes
• advanced techniques (such as inversions where you hang upside down!)
It will be a whole load of fun, but we promise you'll have some aching muscles at the end of the two days!
ASSESSMENT
Fitness Wales are able to offer Instructors (who hold a recognised Fitness Instructor Certificate) Insurance on passing an assessment.
Assessment involves passing lesson plans and a video/DVD of you teaching at least 2 people. Assessment material must be submitted within 8 weeks of the end of the course.
