Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

The session is designed to meet the criteria required to pass Unit 3.3 of the OCR Level 2 Certificate in teaching Exercise and Fitness.  
 
Learn the basics of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and dealing with emergencies.  
 
Updating your CPR is also necessary to apply or re register with the REPs
