Membership and Insurance Renewals

• INSURANCE RENEWALS REQUIRE EVIDENCE OF RECENT CPD.  POLICIES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT IT.
  
• Membership and Insurance are on an annual basis with policies dated from the 1st of the month.
• Insurance is available to Members only and must run concurrently with membership 
• Insurance is for individuals not for businesses, and is for UK residents (ie. have a UK home address). 
• Premiums include a small administration fee and are correct at time of printing, but may be subject to increase. 
• To process your application your details will be entered onto a database.  Your details will not be passed to 3rd parties without your consent. 

• Our insurance will cover you for (in brief):

   

  • Any fitness industry activity in which you hold a recognised certificate of competence
  • £5 million Civil Liability which includes public liability, professional indemnity, indemnity to principles, libel and slander
  • Legal liability for claimants associated costs and expenses
  • Damage to hired or rented premises

   

• REPs offer is available to members only. 
• To take advantage of our REPs membership offer you need to forward:
  • PHOTOCOPIES of all your fitness certificates if they are not already held with FW.
  • A current certificate of Insurance or a letter from your employer confirming that they insure you if you are not a Professional Member.
    
    
• Membership, Insurance & REPs fees are non-refundable.

There are no current incidents/circumstances that might give rise to a claim and I agree to abide by the Code of Ethical Practice which is available on application.
