Personal Training CYQ Award There are 5 level 3 courses which make up the CYQ Personal Trainer Award: Advanced Instructor (incl. advanced programming), Business Skills, Client Lifestyle & Fitness Testing, Nutrition & Weight Management and Training in Different Environments. These modules can be done in any order.

A great starting point for those wanting to teach classes such as aerobics and body conditioning. Leads to the CYQ Certificate in Teaching Exercise and Fitness (nationally accredited qualification which is REPs recognised).
